By creating an account, logging in, or using the HR Attendance application, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your employer’s policies. You must not:

Share your login credentials or allow others to use your account;
Attempt to access data or areas of the system you are not authorized to use;
Use the service in any way that could harm, disable, or overload our systems;
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Account and Data

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Your employer may provide your account and may have access to attendance and related data in line with our Privacy Policy and their own policies.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the application or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
